The fitness industry always trying to re-invent itself. From bodybuilding in 70s and 80s. To fitness boom 1980 to 2010 through aerobics, step, spinning, zumba. Will they move into the Wellness Age?

24 Fit Club was organized by a group of Health & Fitness coaches to promote a healthy active lifestyle. 24 Fit Club will be organising several different fun activities that promote fitness and nutrition to help people reach their ideal health.
24 Fit Club combines an exercise programme which includes both cardio workouts and and strength training, personalised nutritional intake from Herbalife, ongoing coaching and regular body compostion testing with a focus on getting results, whether weight loss or toning or fitness.
